If I were to order my prescription by fax, how do I go about doing it?
Although the fastest way to receive your medication from our English online pharmacy is to order online, many of our customers would rather fax their orders in to us. If this sounds like you, there are three easy steps we ask you to follow:
- First, print off the appropriate new or returning customer form, by clicking on one of the links below or by visiting our Contact Us page.
- Fill out the form you printed (Note: Remember to print clearly).
- Fax us your original prescription along with the appropriate form you filled out to: 1-888-635-3817 ( toll free ).
*Please Note: To alleviate any mix-ups or confusion that may occur when you’re faxing your England drug prescriptions, please make sure every page is included in your fax. Also be careful that faxed prescriptions are clearly visible and free of any overlapping or folding that may cause room for error. How do I order my England drug Refill by fax?
Glad you asked, simply follow our step-by-step instructions:
- Print off the appropriate form whether you’re filling a Refill or a Refill with a new prescription. Use one of the forms, as seen below, or Contact Us to receive a Refill form through the mail.
- Fill out the respective form, remembering to print clearly.
- Fax the completed Refill form and any new prescription(s) you may have to us toll free at: 1-888-635-3817

Why can I only purchase a 90 day supply at one time?
We abide by strict rules and regulations, and for legal reasons we are unable to dispense more than a three month supply at any given time. As long as you, our patient, have a valid prescription written by a licensed physician and are only using our England drugs for personal use, we’ll dispense a three month supply to you. If your doctor happens to write you a prescription that is to last longer than the first three months, we’ll issue the first three months as per your request and follow it up with Refills as you order.
Do I need a new prescription every year?
Since we’re here to help you, we’ll be more than happy to continue renewing your prescription as long as you have Refills; although, after a year, we do require a new prescription from your physician. This is to ensure your safety as well as for legal reasons.
